Shane Michael Gannon

Shane Gannon is a lifelong resident of Fayette County and attended high school at Connellsville Area School District. In 2009, Shane graduated magna cum laude from Waynesburg University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following college, Shane received his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2012.

Prior to returning to Fayette County, Shane was an associate at a prominent insurance defense firm in Greensburg. During this time, Shane gained invaluable experience and expertise in personal injury law. As a former insurance defense attorney, Shane is well versed in dealing with insurance companies and knows exactly how to achieve the best result for a person that falls victim of an injury through no fault of their own.

Thereafter, Shane returned to practice in Fayette County. Shane’s practice areas include criminal defense, personal injury, family and divorce law, and real estate. Shane has tried numerous jury trials, and has the experience and expertise you need whether you are charged with a crime, injured in an accident, or facing litigation.

Shane is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is a member of the Lion’s Club, Fayette County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the West Virginia Bar Association.
