In 2021, had a phone conversation with Lisa . First I would like to say how much her receptionist or secretary was very professional very sweet very kind-hearted. I wish I would remember her name so I could give her credit for her professionalism. Her receptionist definitely gets five stars. Ho...wever I was extremely disappointed with Lisa. I felt that she would not fully listen to me if she was very short with her answers I found it extremely important matter.

We have a healthy child and a special needs child, so our wills are a bit complicated. Lisa was familiar with the law, very professional yet also friendly, explained everything clearly, and was reasonably priced. She also drew up powers of attorney to give to our children, which I had not thought a...bout. We had health care POAs but regular POAs, which allow someone to get your passwords, pay your bills, sue on your behalf, etc are useful in case both husband and wife become incapacitated, which we had not considered.

Lisa is the most conscientious, compassionate attorney I’ve ever consulted. I recently called her when my husband was seriously ill and in intensive care and we needed a Power of Attorney and Healthcare Power of Attorney. Her response was immediate and within hours, I had the documents in hand I need...ed, along with crystal clear instructions on the next steps I needed to take. After I left up her office, she reached out to me to follow up and make sure my legal interests continued to be well represented. Additionally, I have referred other clients to Attorney Buday, all of whom related to me afterward that they were highly satisfied with the level of care they received from her office. On a final note, I live and own a business in the same community as Lisa, and I must say her commitment to serving others - both in and out of her law office - is exemplary and is a standard others should strive to emulate.
