He was the worst attorney to represent our domestic relations hearing. We live out of state, he wasn’t concerned at all, I had to be on a conference call, he never called me to add me on the call, I had to call his office to see where he was . His secretary had to text him, he called me and told me h...e felt ambushed, no wonder, he didn’t prepare at all. Took my money and told me I have to revisit next year to pay child support for my 20 year old. He did nothing. No investigating nothing! But than again, 2 years ago the now district attorney did the same thing! NOTHING! He’s horrible for family law! RUN, they all hold hands! They protect the slacker!

If you want someone who will fight for you, Vince is not the guy. As others have stated, he refuses to return phone calls to the point I even wondered if he would show up for court. From August 2020 until the end of February 2021, I contacted Vince at least a dozen times. I even tried email. He didn’...t return my phone call until the day before court in February. I did all the leg work and found my own experts to testify, and he couldn’t be bothered to submit my medical reports or to arrange for the experts testimony.

Before I contacted Vince, I hired an attorney to represent me based out of Connellsville. The attorney was more interested in my money then the well being of my child and divorce. Despite receiving her money, she did not return my phone calls promptly if at all and did the bare necessities for custod...y and did not even begin the divorce. After three years and spending nearly $7,000 with one attorney, I was scorned and thought all attorneys were only it for money. When a friend referred me to Vince, I was hesitant because of this prior encounter but figured I had nothing to lose. After speaking to him on the phone, I decided to meet with him. After meeting with him for the first time, I decided to hire him. Hiring him was the best decision I've made regarding my custody matters and I wish I would have done it sooner. He has listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them promptly. He returned phone calls in a reasonable time and his rates are half those of similar attorneys in the area. He is extremely helpful and very laid back, but professional at the same time. He is highly recommended.

I too have tried calling Vince; I have left 5 messages and called numerous times with no answer. No one has ever called me back. The last message I left indicated the above history and I indicated no one called me back to even acknowledge that I called. I asked someome to please call me and at lea...st let me know the message was received as this was a matter of importance to my fiancee. No response.
