This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
After being disbarred, a former attorney may apply for reinstatement. He or she must comply with all readmission requirements from the state of Pennsylvania.
Disbarment is the most serious penalty for a lawyer. If this attorney is currently practicing law, you should contact the Pennsylvania State Bar to understand the reasons for disbarment.
Suspended means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

I can't say enough good things about Sam. From our very first conversation he put my worries to ease and delivered on everything he promised. Sam truly cares more about helping his clients than he does about making money. Sam knows all the right people and took care of my issue in 1 day! Very affordable. I was highly impressed and although I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do I will only call Sam.

I had hired Mr Pangburn for a criminal DUI case. This attorney stayed on top of my case. This attorney met individually with all my witnesses and went over every small detail. His fee was very reasonable especially given his years of experience and expertise. I would definitely recommend him for criminal cases.

I hired Mr. Pangburn for a child support hearing. Mr. Pangburn went above duty to make sure we had all earning records, self employment records, and was very diligent about details. His costs were very reasonable and I could have not asked for better representation. All and all it worked out ending up with an increase to help support my children.
