Joseph H. Fox

After Mr. Fox has represented me for almost 3 1/2 years, the case has gone no further than overcoming preliminary objections. I often don't hear anything from him for half a year at a time, and only after I make numerous attempts to contact him via phone and email. He promises to take action to mov...e my case forward, but does not. I last spoke with him 8 months ago, after he finally returned phone messages I left over the preceding months. I asked him to work towards getting a trial date and making a discovery request (he had not requested discovery, almost 3 years into the case, despite my prior suggestions as to what to ask for). I called a few months later to ask if any progress on those goals had been made, but he never returned my call. I called a couple of months after that, then emailed him about a month later, then asked the attorney who referred him to me if he could get him to call me (that was a few weeks ago and he told that attorney he'd return my calls) and now, after 8 months, I have still not heard from him. I left yet another message yesterday asking him to sit down with me face to face and delineate his plan and projected time frame to get my case moving along, but have little hope of his even returning my call, much less actually doing anything to move the case forward.
