I currently represent a number of small businesses as outside general counsel. I also represent small businesses beginning from the start-up phase up to and including mergers and acquisitions.

I have 25 years experience in the sports and entertainment industry. I have negotiated and drafted hundreds of endorsement agreements between companies and athletes and entertainers. I also represent several amatuer athletes in the U.S. Olympic movement.

I prepare wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, and other estate planning documents for individuals. I also handle the administration of estates and trusts.

I handle both residential and commercial real estate matters. I negotiate oil, gas and mineral rights leases for landowners. I also represent homeowners associations and condominium associations, as well as property owners living in planned communities or condominium developments.
