A fighter to the end and ultimate professional

Vicki spent countless hours preparing for our case, and we could not have asked for better representation! Her knowledge of financial law, experience with the FINRA arbitration process, and willingness to take on a big firm, gave us the absolute best chance for success.

Highly Recommend!

Ms. Horne took the time to listen and she quickly realized the complexity of my employment situation. Her understanding and confidence in my case gave me much needed hope that justice would prevail. Through the tedious review of thousands of documents to her skillful deposition of witnesses, she di...splayed the strength and legal expertise necessary to move my case to successful settlement. I am most grateful to Ms. Horne as well as her staff!

Triumphant Champion

As a distressed employee who was wrongfully terminated, I tried diligently for almost six months to find an attorney. I felt tremendous relief when I found attorney Vicki Kuftic Horne. Not only did she thoroughly explain each step of the federal and state process to me, she stood by my side offering... support each step of the way. Over the course of two and a half years, I often lost hope; when I did Vicki was there to keep me focused and reassure me that I had a case and things would work out in the end. She never made any false promises of a huge settlement, she was very ethical. She only reassured me that what was done to me was wrong and I had cause. During the depositions she reminded me to focus on the facts and not to let defense counsel wear me down. Vicki’s attention to detail, years of experience, and high ethical values are the instruments that make her triumphant. She is a devoted attorney who cares about her client’s wellbeing. She never pushed me to continue with anything I felt was detrimental, rather she encouraged me to stay focused and stick to the facts. With luck I found Vicki but with her dexterity and tact we won together. I am very happy she stood by my side and believed in me when others cast me aside. She is truly a champion and anyone lucky enough to have her by their side should feel confident and fortunate. Sincerely, Amy P

A Professional of The Highest Caliber

I was named as a witness to a law suit bring brought by a former client of mine against her company. Although i was not named as a defendant, I was still quite concerned since as a psychologist, I am somewhat uninformed of legal proceeding. Vicki was referred to me by another attorney and she was th...e perfect match for me. Professional, knowledgeable about this work area and sensitive to helping me navigate the legal waters. We met several times at her office and by phone to review documents and to help me understand my role in this lawsuit Each visit was efficient in our time spent and each time she was efficient and resolved all my issues. She helped manage costs by doing such things as suggesting I first review documents and emails so that I could handle such as identifying the most relevant documents. She then reviewed a much smaller subset which helped reduce fees. She even offered her office as a site for the deposition so that we could reduce her travel costs. While I hope I don't ever need her services again, I will call on her first in case I do and would heartily recommend to others
