I was named as a witness to a law suit bring brought by a former client of mine against her company. Although i was not named as a defendant, I was still quite concerned since as a psychologist, I am somewhat uninformed of legal proceeding. We met several times at her office and by phone to review documents and to help me understand my role in this lawsuit Each visit was efficient in our time spent and each time she was efficient and resolved all my issues. She helped manage costs by doing such things as suggesting I first review documents and emails so that I could handle such as identifying the most relevant documents. She then reviewed a much smaller subset which helped reduce fees. She even offered her office as a site for the deposition so that we could reduce her travel costs.
