As a distressed employee who was wrongfully terminated, I tried diligently for almost six months to find an attorney. I felt tremendous relief when I found attorney Vicki Kuftic Horne. Not only did she thoroughly explain each step of the federal and state process to me, she stood by my side offering support each step of the way. Over the course of two and a half years, I often lost hope; when I did Vicki was there to keep me focused and reassure me that I had a case and things would work out in the end.
She never made any false promises of a huge settlement, she was very ethical. She only reassured me that what was done to me was wrong and I had cause. During the depositions she reminded me to focus on the facts and not to let defense counsel wear me down. She is a devoted attorney who cares about her client’s wellbeing.
