Pamela Lynne Roudebush is an attorney practicing in the Allegheny and Westmoreland courts as well as in the courts of the surrounding counties of Western Pennsylvania.
Pam's practice centers predominantly on the area of family law, including: custody, divorce, equitable distribution, child and spousal support, adoptions, protections from abuse, and negotiating settlement agreements. Pam worked as a paralegal in the areas of family law and civil litigation for 17-years before becoming an attorney. Although Pam handles various civil litigation matters, her love of family law and being able to assist people in negotiating through a very emotional area of their lives has lead her to focus on family law cases. Having been a returning student later in life, Pam understands what it means to experience change and difficult times in one's life.
Pam has been involved in non-profit and low income programs for both people and animals. As a paralegal, Pam assisted with the Neighborhood Legal Services Hillhouse Indigent Divorce Program in the Hill District and has provided significant legal services to low income persons through the Westmoreland Pro Bono Program. During law school, Pam founded and served as the President of the University's Animal Law Society, served as a law review editor, and served as a contributing editor to the Michigan State University Detroit Law School's Animal Legal and Historical Center. She also served as a board member and vice-president for Animal Advocates, a local 501(c)(3) organization assisting animals in the Pittsburgh and surrounding regions, from 2001 through 2007. Pam currently is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Animal Law Committee.
