I ended up losing my disabled daughter to her abusive father whom also was arrested during our court process. I hired this attorney after the first pfa hearing since she didn't respond until afterwards non the less, she did not ever get transcripts from the first or submit the 180 videos or emails an...d medical documents showing my child has issues and is disabled and shows my daughter cutting herself alone without dad home, who now has her full time. Over 180 videos of self harm, her father beating up neighbors, etc all posted online via tiktok while she has been with her father and not with me, he moved her district's then tried to get custody, I ended up paying over 5000 and she still wants more money when I lost my daughter for 12 months and his family was made to meet with her at my grandfather's home, who was not allowed in the court room, and to this day states this is not happening and nobody is allowed to come to their home. My child went as far to say she was never in therapy...she didn't cross examine the child or her father who has corruption of minors on his record and lied to my family and I stating this was expunged and it clearly shows furnishing alcohol to minors and corruption of minors in the dockets. She went ten years back and brought up my dui time I spent in jail and nothing else. I have a full time job, own my own company and the father was in 2018 found letting her be molested and beating her. Cys was dismissed with no findings on me that he made up and behavioral concerns was opened up on her...how did this go the other way? I was misrepresented! She wants more money now and has the nerve to say over and over if he comes after me I'll shoot him and talks about the gun she has...she made me stuck with the crazy man in charge of my life and ruined my child's life. He doesn't work, not on assistance, nothing. How can he take care of her? She's not even in therapy anymore and self harming online and recording it on tiktok? When she is the next child on the news I will make sure this lady is behind bars as well as her father. She didn't cross examine him that is my 6th amendment right!!
