Rhonda Anderson Marks

Rhonda was the hearing officer in my child support case. She was completely rude the moment the hearing started, kept cutting me off (when she asked if I had ANYTHING to say). I could not even fully explain the situation at hand. It was almost as if she was having a bad day/week and just took it out ...on me. She treated my case like just a "number" and didnt put forth much effort in understanding what was going on or how to move forward appropriately. CARE about your job and what you do, if not, get out this field and let someone who actually cares take your place. Ridiculous.
