Estate Planning practice includes preparation of Wills, Living Wills (Health Care Directives), Powers of Attorney; Trust and Guardianship provisions for minor beneficiaries; elderly estate planning issues, etc.

Probate practice involves the administration of a decedent's estate; including the testate (dying with a Will) and intestate (dying without a Will) administration of an Estate. My probate practice includes all applicable court filings, as well as the preparation of the decedent's Inheritance Tax Return.

Business practice includes, business formation (sole proprietor, partnership, incorporation, LLC, etc.), contract and agreement preparation (Buy Sell & Redemption Agreement, Shareholder Agreement, Stock Purchase Agreement, etc.), and other general practice areas associated with businesses or business law.

Real Estate practice includes, purchase or sale of commercial and residential property, from every aspect of the transaction from preparing the Sales Agreement through Closing. I also work with various other professionals to assist my clients in these transactions (land surveyors, Realtors, Appraisers, home inspectors, Title Insurance Companies, lenders, etc.).
