I strongly advise against hiring Rohit for immigration matters. After trusting him with my case for several years—the entire length of the Green Card process—his negligence left my family and me completely out of options. The Labor Certification required for filing our Green Card petition was rejecte...d due to a basic clerical error in the forms he submitted. This wasn’t a complex immigration issue or an unfortunate denial—it was an entirely preventable mistake that any competent lawyer would have caught with minimal attention. Multiple independent attorneys have since reviewed my case and confirmed these errors. To make matters worse, he failed to file my H1B extension on time, despite my reminders. Because of this I lost my H1B status, and my family lost the ability to obtain work authorization through the Green Card process. This isn’t a minor setback—it has completely eliminated our options. After nearly a decade of following the legal process, spending an incalculable amount of money, and doing everything correctly, we are now left with nothing, all because of his incompetence. If you value your future, finances, and peace of mind, stay far away from this attorney.

In 2015 Rohit added a dash (Hyphen) which was a clerical mistake in Perm. He did same with others which trigger an audit from Leech Tishman. I still have the perm as proof. However he looks/act/talk smart. Hope he has learned the basic skills over the year. I lost 12 month to secure my Priority Date....
