Jim joined Riley Hewitt Witte & Romano, P.C. as an associate in 2013. His practice is centered primarily in civil litigation, focusing on insurance defense in the area of toxic torts and workers compensation defense.
Jim began his practice as an attorney in Pittsburgh with Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC and with Reed Smith LLC. Jim’s practice focused on electronic discovery and records management in civil litigation and government regulatory inquiries. Jim and his wife, Jessica, live in Moon Township with their two children. Jim is also an on-ice official with USA Hockey, officiating ice hockey games from 10 and under age division through college.
