Wayne M. Chiurazzi

I highly recommend Wayne Chiurazzi for any legal needs you may have. I would give him ten stars if I could. Mr. Chiurazzi is obviously knowledgeable about the legal system, but is also down to earth and personable. He was very responsive and completed all tasks in a timely manner. Mr. Chiurazzi a...lso helped to calm my nerves which I greatly appreciated. Most importantly, he made sure there was a positive outcome to my legal issue. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Chiurazzi in the future if the need should arise.

I hired Wayne Chiurazzi and he turned out to be a HUGE disappointment. I do not think that I was a big enough case for him and he was very condescending and rude once he had our money. We wanted to settle and asked if he heard anything about the other party settling and he said "no". After a year whe...n he stated that he needed more money we asked to meet with him to discuss the case (I had not seen him since we hired him the year before) and he said it was nice working with you and left us without an attorney and documents needed submitted. Upon collecting our documents we received documents that the other attorney had said to contact him if we wanted to settle. We had made it clear that a settlement was what we wanted but when I asked him he said that they did not reach out. We have all documentation since he never met with us in person (I only had one limited phone conversation). We were lucky enough to hire a different attorney after Wayne dropped our case and the result was a settlement shortly after Wayne was out of the picture. I have never had such a negative experience with someone that was supposed to be on my side. I would recommend checking out the prothonotary office to research this attorney and do not trust what he says. When things went wrong his response was always that it was someone else's fault. He even sent our legal papers to the people we were suing, revised the complaint due to all the mistakes I found and then charged us for the revisions. If you are considering an attorney I would NEVER use Wayne or trust in what he says. By far one of the rudest people I have ever met.

I was rear ended in two auto accidents 5 and 7 years ago. I retained Wayne Chiurzzazi a year before the second car accident. I have been significantly disabled with traumatic brain injury, autonomic nervous system damage and rare spine injuries that have required visits to out of state specialists ...for evayand treatment. Wayne Chiurzzazi refused to request information from my new practitioners following the second car accident. He made me request reports from my providers directly relating the conditions to the accidents. This was extremely awkward to do with specialists I was meeting for the first time. Many of my longtime practitioners told me they usually get letters directly from the attorney requesting information. Some of my practitioners refused to write reports without this formal request from my lawyer. This interfered with valuable patient-physician time during appointments. Chiurazzi Law Group has had frequent turnover of lawyers. Currently, a third attorney is working on my case. Wayne Chiurazzi does not return phone calls ir email messages promplty. I provided a key report to him from my neurosurgeon following a rarely done and dangerous C1/C2 fusion surgery which required travel Maryland. Wayne Chiurzzazi did not respond to my request that my neurosurgeon had requested us to meet to go over the information needed by my lawyer. I sent the meeting request by email. i have left messages for a meeting with no response. The report has dropped off by me in March. It has been 5 months no response from Wayne Chiurazzi regarding whether this report was sufficient for documentation of my injuries from the auto accidents. Wayne Chiurazzi scoffed when I showed him a vudeo of my severe muscle jerking saying “I see you shaking in your bed”. He expressed skepticism that I could not find providers in Pittsburgh who could treat my conditions. My recommendation: Go to sny other law firm but this one.
