Writing reviews sucks. Handling your father's fatal auto injury case when you're homeless while living on the other coast is another layer of Hell. Most people going through my situation wouldn't even take the time to leave a review, but I am compelled, Wayne was that exceptional at task. Atty Chi...urazzi and his team somehow made the worst period of my life feel manageable, and gave me the comfort of knowing I genuinely had someone in my corner. From the start he was incredibly professional, kind and clear. As far as attorneys go, he's no nonsense, direct, to the point at all times. I LOVE IT! He represented my father's case from ICU to hospice and then the litigation after. He sought and won the maximum available to us, and every step of the way explained the process to me as if I was his kid. When I had questions, he answered - often same-day, within minutes of getting my messages. If he wasn't available, his incredibly talented team like Janie or Melissa would reach out to me just to let me know how things were going and to make sure I was still doing ok. It is RARE to have a firm genuinely care about the client, yet the Chiurazzi Law group made me feel like family, and they protected my family and our interests like their own. Thank you, Wayne and team, for that I can't help but preach your virtues.

I was hit from behind in an auto accident in October 2021, and although insurance paid the medical bills and gave us the "value" of the totaled car (which was far below the actual replacement costs), I was still far worse off afterwards. Wayne's group helped take care of additional loss of work and ...negotiated a reasonable settlement. Since we were just coming out of Covid restrictions, these things went slowly, perhaps in part because the other driver was out-of-state, but Wayne & his team remained dedicated to seeing it through, and we received a better settlement than I had expected.
