Susan turned my frown right side up!
I've hired Susan Pearlstein and she was every-bit of being professional, knowledgeable, unintimidated with her 30+ years' experience, and just awesome. She followed up with me on a regular basis via telephone and replied to my emails instantly which was greatly appreciated. She categorized all time she spent on my case. Without her, I would have been penniless rather than collecting. I highly recommend Susan Pearlstein!

Divorce
Susan handled my divorce very professionally but with a caring and personal touch that was also helpful financially and emotionally. She was very comitted to helping any way she could to get me thru the process with my bank account and sanity intact. A knowledgeable attorney is great but a knowledgeable attorney with compassion for her client's unique situation and the skills to keep them on task til the end is going above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

Difficult process made easier by the right attorney
Through a divorce settlement, two custody agreements, and multiple revisions of support agreements, I can say that Susan has been the best advocate that I could have asked for. Her professional experience helped to make navigating the court system much easier and her compassion and understanding helped to ease a difficult emotional process. I think the best compliment I can pay to Susan is that she always told me what I needed to hear -- even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. She was easy to work with, ensuring my needs and wants were addressed through each agreement as best they could be. When necessary, she tenaciously defended my interests while maintaining professional respect for all involved parties. We managed to avoid trial in all areas, and I attribute that largely to her outstanding abilities as a negotiator. She was able to find middle ground between myself and my ex, even when it did not appear that there was middle ground to find. In the particularly sensitive custody discussions, she always made sure that the children's best interests were the focus and that we were not trying to "win" an argument or get back one another. I would highly recommend Susan Pearlstein to anyone seeking an attorney in matters of family law. Her professionalism, knowledge, and compassion were absolutely critical in helping me to navigate this difficult time and to achieve the outcomes I did.

"I referred a personal friend of mine to Sue on a support matter. My friend is an artist who doesn't "get" legal matters and is somewhat intimidated by them. Sue explained things in a way that she could understand, guided her through the entire litigation process, and obtained an excellent result. I recommend Sue without reservation to anyone needing a Family Law or a Bankruptcy attorney."
