Mikes the BEST!!!!!!
Mike did for us exactly what he said he would do, he got our situation resolved in a matter of days instead of months!!!!! His communication with me was wonderful. Michael Worgul is the best , couldn't ask for a better Attorney.

Slow but sure
Mr. Worgul solved our problem, but it took a little pestering from me to get the final disposition resolved. Once he got on it, it was resolved posthaste. I think once the hearing and adjudication was completed, the final paperwork got lost in the shuffle until I kept on him.

Replied last September 12, 2013Unfortunately the delay in this was somewhat out of my hands. The court administration in this matter did not inform me of a technical problem with this particular matter (which they normally do and I had no way of knowing). As this gentlemen indicates, as soon as the problem was discovered it was handled immediately and successfully by my office. Thank you for using my law firm to resolve this matter.

DUI help

Not a good choice!
Michael Worgul will tell you what he can do for you before he even reviews ones case. He will tell you very good news to get your money, then after money is collected one can expect the good news to become bad news. I was told I would get a small sentence by Worgul, he promised it and said the deal...

Replied last April 15, 2010Unfortunately, of the one thousand+ people I have represented, one or two are bound to be unhappy no matter the result. This person elected to remain anonymous, but I think I know who it is. If my suspicions are correct, this gentleman was not completely honest with me during the initial consultation (that is a big "no no"). He did not mention that, in addition to alcohol, there were high levels of prescription drugs in his system, which completely changed the analysis of his case, as well as the mandatory sentences that the district attorney can seek in a DUI case. In this case, without the narcotics, he would have been facing a mandatory 90 days in jail (which I would have negotiated to 180 days of house arrest). With the narcotics, his mandatory sentence increased to 1 year in the state penitentiary. Inevitably, I learned the truth at his preliminary hearing and advised him appropriately (I don't lie to my clients no matter how bad the news is). Lucky for him, I was able to convince the police to drop the underage drinking charge at the preliminary hearing and had this gentleman admitted to a special court program designed to help him address his obvious alcohol addiction, and, best of all, keep him out of state prison!!! He will not do one day in jail as long as he follows my advise. If a person is not 100% honest with me during the initial consultation, my advise is bound to be flawed as this gentleman alleges. On the other hand, when I receive accurate information, my advice, while never sugar coated, remains tried and true. Call me any time at (412) 477-3675.
