These guys went above and beyond to help my husband and I with a case against family regarding a physical fight where he was looking at felony charges. They were able to get the charges dropped to summary offenses and 1 year probation. They answered every question we had, made time to answer all of o...ur texts and calls before, during, and even after the trial had passed. They have the experience and knowledge to help with any issues you are experiencing and I will not question or hesitate on having them be our lawyers again if the situation arises again. They don't make assumptions, always prepared, they don't sugar coat anything, they are professional in and outside of the firm, they make sure to not have just one back up plan but several, and they refuse to lose. I found myself suddenly placed in an unexpected and serious legal situation. I did not know where to turn and had many sleepless nights. My initial call to the Worgul law firm was not during normal hours. To my surprise, I received a call back the very next morning from Samir Sarna. He is Mike Worgu...l's partner. I discussed my dilemma with Samir. I could tell from my initial conversation that he was compassionate and genuinely concerned. He assured me that he would protect me legally and he did. Hello, First, I’d like to state on the record that if you don’t decide to go with Worgul Law Firm, you’re basically setting yourself up for failure. Before stumbling upon Mike I talked and visited with a verity of DUI defense attorney’s and though I am not bias towards public defenders I do feel a...s though every defense attorney responded to my case in a manner where it was better for me to take a plea deal being that this would be my 3rd DUI charge. Mike’s diligence towards my case was impeccable, and he will let you know his real thoughts and feelings about the case w/out easily swaying you into a detrimental situation. Today I went on trial for a 3rd DUI offense and won. This was a trial of one African-American male with only his African-American partner as a witness verse three Caucasian cops who tried to concoct a story different than what was initially given at the preliminary hearing. Mike showed no bias towards me nor my case. When you come into contact with Mike it feels as though your venting to a friend or family member who will delegate and immediately push for a positive outcome to your situation. Now, I do want to advise in advance that he is an extremely busy man (because he’s the best), so if he misses your call just know that he will always get back to you as soon as possible (I had to learn that lol)! At the end of the day Worgul Law Firm was the right move for me and it could be for you too!

I lost my license in 97 an got 4 driving under dui suspension from 97 through 2006 an my third driving under suspension i did 3months in jail. So when i got my 4th i left Pittsburgh without going to court an i had 4 warrents an i didnt even feel safe to visit my family. But when i got in contact with... Worgul law firm they told me that i wouldn't even have to travel back to Pittsburgh for any reason that they will take care of everything i still didnt believe i would ever have my license. With in 3 months of staying in contact with me i got my final call saying every things taken care off. And it took a day or two to kick in an i had to call back an make sure it wasnt a dream.
