Biography
Hi, my name is Lloyd A. Welling and I am the founding Partner in the law firm of American Wills & Estates. We are one of Western Pennsylvania's premier probate estate administration and estate planning law firms.
We have seven convenient office locations and our attorneys have over 100 years of combined legal experience in assisting families through th often difficult and emotional task of probating a loved one's estate. We strive to be there for our clients in their times of need. When you meet with us, you will speak directly with an attorney whose first concern is to protect both you and your family and to provide assistance in securing your future needs.
We offer free legal consultations. Home and hospital visits are available and evening and weekend hours are offered by appointment.
When not practicing law, I can be found knocking it around on the golf course. Although, even after thirty years of playing the game, I'm still the proverbial duffer.

No call back
Call and talked to a woman she took my onfo said she would have him call me back. Here we are a week later and still on call. Wow that's what I call great customer service.

Extemely Helpful and Accomodating
Lloyd was very accommodating and knowledgeable, and offered us an excellent referral for other services we required to complete our parents' estate planning process. Fees were very reasonable- in this age of aggressive estate planners price gouging the elderly, Lloyd was honest and straightforward.

Property deeds
I googled attornies that did deed transfers and submitted emails to several. Lloyd Welling was the only one to get back to me. We played phone tag for a few days, but he persisted. At our appointment he was very gracious. I didn't know at the time that he did wills also and he offered to look at ours...
