Jim Welker has been an attorney with Jubelirer, Pass & Intrieri since 1995. He has developed an extensive practice representing injured employees in workers’ compensation cases. Because of his widely recognized expertise in this area, he frequently lectures on the subject and has served as chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation section. In addition, his practice areas include personal injury, social security disability, unemployment law, estate law and civil litigation.
Mr. Welker graduated cum laude with a degree in finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1989, and received a law degree from the University of Dayton in 1992.
He was an All-American tennis player in college and is a member of the Penn Hills Sports Hall of Fame. Outside of work, he performs community service as a member of Rotary International and enjoys platform tennis and golf.
He and his wife, Laurie, live in Seven Fields, Pa.
