James Robert Burn Jr.

I was on a train going nowhere before I somehow got referred to James Burn. I was dealing with a local VSO representative who was overwhelmed and inexperienced. I was sick and getting sicker. It seemed nothing was getting done...because it actually wasn't. No evidence was being submitted, ...the wrong verbiage was being used, (it counts when dealing with the VA, logic is not in their vocabulary) After I retained Mr. Burn, I was overwhelmed. And that was a good thing. Everything that was needed to make my case was already in my records and documented. I had no idea that I was dealing with a supposeddly advocate agency that purposefully wore blinders and earmuffs and lacked logic. Mr. Burn forced them to look at my case by presenting evidence in ways that it could not be denied, of which he had me involved with throughout the journey. I would highly recommend Mr. Burn to any Veteran, ESPECIALLY the frustrated ones!

I've been repeatedly denied by the VA for injuries I sustained while in service for years. I was directed to the office of Attorney Susan Paczak through a friend, and my VA Claims were diligently handled by Attorney James Burn. Every part of my Claims process was handled in a professional, and... friendly manner with Mr. Burn. Every contact by email or phone call was always positive and upbeat, Mr. Burn treats you like a friend. All of the resources and knowledge became available to me through my VA Claim process with Mr. Burn. I'm extremely grateful to this hard working office, and their efforts.

Three years ago, after countless years of frustration with VA claims, Jim was recommended to be the right fit for the immeasurable task in front of us. From day one he has always only been a phone call away for any questions, concerns, ideas, or developments. At the beginning of this journey we were ...struggling to adequately show service connection for some combat injuries and Jim cut through the bureaucracy like a hot knife through butter. He has been, and continues to be, the most diligent and kind, yet cut-throat and no nonsense type of person that anyone would be lucky to have on their side when having to fight for something they deserve.

Mr. Burn has been there to answer any questions that I might have had, in my opinion he has went above and beyond.
