Failure to Wire Funds For Closing
Kenneth and his law firm dropped the ball when it came to the wire instructions for my loan closing. Everything requested to initiate the wire transfer was provided during closing. Check Reimbursement
Elated with Kenneth's initial return call and two follow-ups to insure my issue was resolved. I was apprehensive that, with the volume of traffic he must get, I would "get lost in the sauce" but my fears were allayed by his steady personal communication to me. Now this is excellent customer care!
