An update. We recently marked the one year anniversary of my mother's passing. Sadly, it also marks over ONE ENTIRE YEAR that I have been waiting for Anthony Fantini to return any one of the numerous voicemails, emails or the desperate plea for a phone call that I left with his wife the one time I was able to get ahold of anyone in his office. It is bewildering that a person in such a profession would totally ignore a client in such a difficult, emotional time. Professionalism? Compassion? I hope anyone else gets better service, or any service for that matter. Most recent update, 15 months and still counting........
