Ronald D. Morelli

RONALD D. MORELLI is senior counsel with Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Morelli’s practice currently focuses on toxic tort and asbestos litigation as well as bankruptcy and commercial law. 

Mr. Morelli has broad experience in civil litigation in both the state and federal courts and at the trial court and appellate level, including personal injury, contract and commercial law cases.

Currently, his practice focuses substantially on representation of defendants in toxic tort and asbestos litigation, including involvement in litigation and trial strategies, discovery and depositions, motions and briefing, and oral argument.

Mr. Morelli has also had extensive experience in the area of bankruptcy law, particularly in the representation of secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code and in advising clients of bankruptcy considerations in connection with general business transactions. He has served as counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings and has also served as a panelist in seminars on bankruptcy practice sponsored by the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Mr. Morelli is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.  He is active on the Court Rules Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
