Aggressively idiotic
The worst of the worst. Suggested an antagonistic strategy, when I knew in my heart that humility would have been far more effective. Needs to find a synonym for aggressive and an alternative way of conducting himself. Impulsive and reckless.

Helpful and reassuring
Rob was very helpful in what I saw as a difficult custody case (not sure it was difficult from his point of view...). He definitely set me at ease, and had clearly seen situations like mine many times before. He knew the courtroom and the officials and other lawyers well, which gave me confidence. ...
