I never thought I would need a criminal defense attorney, let alone know what to expect from one, but Patrick has been by my side throughout this experience traveling hours to be present at every court appearance and responds to emails in a timely manner. The biggest mistake I made when I got arrested was hiring Patrick Nightingale. He barely made an effort to accurately represent me or advocate for me. If I would have retained an attorney who knew what he was doing and cared about his clients, my case would have had a much more favorable outcome. He ...really does not care about winning your case even if you are innocent. Once you pay, he no longer cares and you have to accept the mediocre effort put in to secure a deal that a public defender could have secured. By far the worst attorney that I have ever used and I’ve used quite a few.
