All I can say is Wow how is this man a lawyer. The good reviews cannot be legit. The ones that are bad are so accurate. He takes your money does not keep you updated. Did even tell me or go over what his plan was. Have had other Attorneys they wanted to meet at least get a plan research and care. Thi...s man does not care. People for your best interest do not use this guy. He does a good advertisement however it does not accurately portray this man. You could lose your freedom even if you’re innocent. He breaks attorney client privilege. Lazy and seems to have more interest in other things

Patrick Nightingale served as my lawyer he went into the quart room completely prepared spoke with the DA saved us all the trouble of a drawn out trial and negotiated a plea bargain that was beyond my expectations the man has been a friend as well as my lawyer I know that is kind of cliché but he rea...lly cares about his clients or he won’t even take your case

As a Recovering Addict (Clean 2 Years), I have had my fair share of run-ins with the law. Everytime I’ve had an issue I’ve always gone right to Patrick Nightingale. He is beyond professional, gets great results and is very affordable compared to most other lawyers. Patrick actually cared about me... and my situation. The biggest mistake I made when I got arrested was hiring Patrick Nightingale. He barely made an effort to accurately represent me or advocate for me. If I would have retained an attorney who knew what he was doing and cared about his clients, my case would have had a much more favorable outcome. He ...really does not care about winning your case even if you are innocent. Once you pay, he no longer cares and you have to accept the mediocre effort put in to secure a deal that a public defender could have secured. By far the worst attorney that I have ever used and I’ve used quite a few.
