His work ethic and knowledge never ceased to impress me. My entire time working with him I always felt that he had my best interest at the forefront of his mind and continued working up till the last minute. I know he spent many nights late in his office working diligently. I was never out of the l...oop and he always communicated with me all necessary information. He was able to break down in laymen’s terms the often confusing legal wording so that I was able to understand. He has a good court room presence and is able to think on the fly. He is well organized and was ready to have any information he needed in a moment’s notice. I was informed of all my legal rights and different options that I would be able to pursue, as in depth as I ask for. I never felt that I wasn’t going to get anything shy of his best no matter what decision I made. I had the confidence in his knowledge and ability to give him a lot of control in the case and ultimately my case went in my favor. Having him on my side helped ease my nerves and kept me relatively low stress due my confidence in his ability. I was always able to talk with him whenever I need it and it greatly helped over the long legal process. Without Capt. McCormick on my team my whole life could have changed, and I feel because of him I’m able to move on and continue living my life.
