My husband and I are absolutely beyond happy with Mr. Daffner's services in several matters involving our son. My son was arrested for homicide and Marc got him off. It was not his fault. Marc is very experienced and knows the law 100%. Actually he knows the law better than the judges. He was worth every penny of legal fees and saved my sons life. Do not waste your time with any rinky dink lawyer! If you want... the best - go see Marc.

Marc sucks. He continued to postpone my son's trial, for awhile we thought he was working on my son's case. Boy were we wrong. He did NOTHING. He never objected lie after lie the witness statement. Even though there was documented proof. His closing argument was at MOST 5 minutes, the prosecutor's wa...s 45 min. I'm not up set because he lost the case, I'm angry that he took almost $1500.00 and did NOTHING. He knew a jury member knew the prosecutor, he let that go. He knew a trooper lied on his report, the bank teller insisted a thin tall black man robbed her, my son is a short well built white man, still he did NOTHING. The police put out a bolo for a black man. He NEVER timed the route from where my son was at therapy and where he was apparently robbing a bank. Over 45 minutes away. The states fingerprint expert said they found prints but not my son's he did NOTHING. A woman in the court house said the case was decided before the trial started. And what a coincidence 2 months later he now is an appointed lawyer for Westmoreland County. Losing a case happens I realize that but there is absolutely NO EVIDENCE. Yes there was a robbery but it was done by Marc. He took money from us, and DID NOTHING. So save your money folks this LAWYER is the reason people hate LAWYERS. Marc Daffner was very highly recommended to me by one of his clients. I hired him to help me with a DUI charge that was unfair since the police had no evidence but were friends with the father of the kid who was really driving. Marc got to the bottom of the whole deal and was able to save my #!%* s...ince he was not afraid to confront the dirty cops. This guy is the BEST, and he belongs on the bench as a judge.
