Jimmy was an awesome attorney. He is very well up to date on current case law, kept me informed every step of the way. I was arrested for a DUI back in 2009 and the situation was quite strange. I wasn't drinking or doing any illicit drugs. I take Ambien for a sleep disorder and one night after ta...king the med and going to bed, I apparently got up ion the middle of the night and drove my truck into a tree. I have no recollection about the event, but was treated like a common criminal by the police and legal system. Jimmy was able to plea my case to a lessor charge when he showed the courts that this was a common circumstance with people taking this medication. He has a great personality and really seems to care about his clients. Top notch guy..I would recommend him in a minute.

This lawyer is unquestionably one of the worst lawyers that you could possibly find! Before paying him he seemed very willing and on top of the situation. But after being paid, forget about it. He is absent from hearings, doesn't keep people informed, did not use any effort to help the situation at a...ll - over a period of several months. Ultimately another lawyer was hired and the situation was cleared up in a matter of less than 5 days! Your money and time is totally wasted with this guy.
