I am a Former DUI Prosecutor and know that being charged with a DUI is a scary and confusing experience. You were probably released and told that you would receive paperwork in the mail. You don't know what to expect next and what is going to happen to you.
I understand this, and during my Free DUI Consultation I will explain what you can expect to happen in terms of paperwork and court hearings. I will also explain Pennsylvania DUI Law and what consequences you are facing under the law. Finally, I will evaluate your case based upon the facts and tell you what all of your options are and the likely outcome for each of those options.
I DO NOT consider my clients to be "criminals" but, instead, regular people who are in a bad position and need someone with extensive knowledge of the Law and the system to protect their rights.
