My life-long friend in Upper St.Clair, where I was raised, was going to pay a lawyer directly to help me. Mr. Kobylinski deserves to be paíd a reasonable amount for his time. Being a lawyer isn't easy. We had every intention to pay him.. However, I know that when he found out I was low-income he wro...ngly assumed he would not get paid which influenced his "legal" assessment. Never assume. Be a good witness and help others first. I believe he is landlord friendly, the ultimate " conflict of interest". I may not have much time left and I desire to clear my good name and impeccable thirty-five-year-long history as a tenant, seventeen of them at my current home. I hope to find someone that will help me.
