Biography
DASHA GORLOV is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Ms. Gorlov received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Political Science, with a minor in Hispanic Studies. She earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School. At Cornell, she served as the Articles Editor for the International Law Journal. Ms. Gorlov worked on numerous academic projects, including authoring the article Encouraging Parties to Mediate: California's Confidentiality Rule and Its Current Challenges, published in AAA's Dispute Resolution Journal ©2016. While in law school, she participated in mediation and arbitration scrimmages through Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gorlov completed an internship with the Ithaca City Prosecutor's Office. She has served as a summer associate in New York and Washington D.C., working on such matters as consumer protection, products liability, First Amendment, and commercial litigation.
