I am experienced in representing indviudals with consumer debt problems.  I have represented numerous consumer debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.  I have assisted those clients in obtaining a fresh start by way of a bankruptcy discharge.  I have also helped clients stop foreclosures and loss of personal property through bankrputcy. Additionally, I have successfully negoatied debt settlements with various creditors so that clients were able to afford the payments without filing bankruptcy, and I have assited a number of clients in clearing up credit reporting discrepancies.

In addition to being well-versed in consumer bankruptcy, I have also represented commercial debtors, secured creditors, landlords, and trustees in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.  I have also represented creditors’ committees.  I am experienced in both prosecuting and defending preference and fraudulent transfer actions. Further, I have assisted various commercial clients in achieving out of court workouts with creditors alleviating the need for a bankruptcy proceeding.
