She did my adoption of my younger two kids. Fit me it immediately so I could get it done ASAP. Answered every phone call or text in a timely manner and explained everything so I wasn't blind sided by anything! Also most recently I had lost my adoption decree for both kids. I called cys four times to... help me get new ones. They never got back to me. I called her out of desperation as my last resort and she did the phone calls and had it figured out for me and I picked them up from her 3 days later My adoption hearing was 2 years ago and she was still as diligent and lightning fast on helping me.
