Charles A. Lamberton

Mr. Lamberton is a leading Pittsburgh employment lawyer and wrongful termination attorney who has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. He represents executives, managers, professionals and whistleblowers in discrimination and retaliation cases and has prosecuted claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and several other federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination and retaliation in the workplace. Service

Mr. Lamberton  has served on the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Nominating Committee, the Federal Court Section Council at Large and on the Labor and Employment Section Council at Large. He is the Vice Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Vice Chair of the Western Pennsylvania Employment Lawyers Association, and is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Pittsburgh Turkish-American Association.

Mr. Lamberton graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1996.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lamberton received a degree in Economics from Saint Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.
