This lawyer was disorganized and waited till the very last minute to let us know what we needed to provide for him. He crumbled under pressure in court in front of the judge and we feel he did not have our best interest. If we had to do it over again we would go with a public defendant or somebody to...tally different. Run from this lawyer. If he had had the right knowledge of the law, we would have made different decisions but we trusted him to guide us and we feel he failed us. We would hate for another family to have to go through what we went through.

Mr Bittner took my case driving without a license DUI suspension which is a mandatory 90 days in jail, got it dropped to a failure to present a license no jail time and no further suspension time. The man could of strung me along and got more money out of me, and he let me know from the beginning tha...t more fees could be possible yet he is trying to get it resolved without that, and he did... Mr Bittner handles his business I'm telling you!
