Consulted with Attny Pavelle on two encroachment matters; he is incredibly knowledgeable. He made me certainly feel that I'd have someone in my corner should issues arise where I may need more help; but, for now, we are writing letters to give our neighbors the chance to do the right thing. Attny... Pavelle offered useful, specific information that provided not only ideas of what we need to do first to protect our property from further damage but how to handle each encroachment matter. He also emphasized that we must decide on what we'd be willing to accept to make us "feel" whole again from the damage done to our property, even though one of the issues cannot possibly be restored but simulated. He also quoted the law section several times, provided calculation resources for evaluating the destroyed privacy and other encroachments, and he advised me on how our issues could play out. He was very thorough and thoughtful. I would highly recommend him!
