“Why would you consider an Attorney who has been disciplined? When it is one who has practiced for 41 years without ANY prior violations. This Probation a "technical" violation. No misappropriated money, no omissions or commissions, no work product issue. I accepted a case (Felony Expungement) on a $5000 flat rate basis. Time & costs exceeded $7500. I was to deposit funds into Escrow account; withdraw as earned. STAYED never involved a suspension. Happy to explain further.”
