Amber Owens graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree. She completed a law degree from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA, where she was lead student attorney of the Criminal Division clinic. Ms. Owens also graduated from the 17th Cohort of Pittsburgh’s Coro Women in Leadership program. She has also worked in civil rights firms and non-profit organizations, which gives her a holistic perspective in her work. In 2013, Ms. Owens started a consulting firm in which she specializes in Business Organizations and Transactions.
