Patrick J. Thomassey

Thomassey convinced me to not sue local police department for civil rights violations because they would act on fabricated charges against me. Based on his recommendation I agreed to a much reduced charge and a fine. A couple years later when I explained everything to a police officer friend I was ...told the police violated my 4th amendment rights and I would have easily won a lawsuit against them. Mr Thomassey NEVER mentioned any of that. Didn't even review any of my evidence. He just said if I don't agree to drop any lawsuit, they will take me downtown for the federal charges and it would cost a lot of money. So I agreed. I wish I knew back then how badly my rights were violated.

I’ve had to go to Patrick for a few minor and major issues over 20+ years, he has always had my best interest and i truly trust him. **Pat is not just there for criminals** i had contacted Pat for help FOR my then 3 year old (non verbal autistic) child after she had came home from preschool cove...red in bruises scratches marks etc head to toe. He made sure my child was protected throughout the process, that it was investigated by the correct officials and we received the best outcome possible for our child. HE was there for HER when she could not speak for herself. He also made sure our family knew exactly what was going on and how to handle everything legally. He’s helped every-time, regardless of what the issue was. I will always be grateful for his help w everything over the years and wouldn’t trust anyone else wo his recommendation.
