First meeting went well, retained Brandon and the other lawyer he was in business with at the time. First hearing was over the phone, which he did do well for me. After that I felt like a bother. His communication with me was very poor, did not update me on anything going on, what he filed, or sen...t to the other party via email. I made sure to pay him every 2 weeks for this one hearing, There was a lot of flip flop on what to do/file since custody/child support was unusual. Brandon did not keep me posted or informed me on what I needed for this hearing. I would text him and he stated he would call back….never did….or some lame excuse on why he missed our phone meeting. Which I felt was very unprofessional. When time came for my hearing, he never called texted me or called the family courts to let them know he was not going to be available. Proceeded with it anyways. Told me either that day or the next it was bc I didn’t pay the fee, which was 1,500$ but we didn’t agree on that path in the first place. Brandon then told me if I wanted to retain him again I would have to come up with more money….no thanks! I already retained you and sent money to cover what I thought the last hearing was for that you never shown up for! Very unprofessional, not at all organized, communication was nonexistent. I felt like I couldn’t trust him or his words and also personally felt he took money that he did not earn. Please just beware of this man. I would hate for anyone to have to go through what I went through with him. No one deserves to be abandoned like that and basically took my money. This is my opinion and my words, I have nothing to personally or financially gain from this. Just do yourself a favor and keep your retainer fee for someone that wants to work for it, not this clown.

I had hired Brandon to take my case after my ex unexpectedly filed for child support against me and withheld custody of my children. Brandon did get my custody restored, but left me to go to my support hearing alone and unprepared. He also told me that garnishments would stop when we filed exceptions..., which also did not happen. Because of these events, I am in a very bad financial situation as I would have made different financial decisions if I had had good counsel. I also would not recommend the firm that he works for, Santicola, Steele and Fedeles. They are very much just interested in money and not their client's well being or even fixing problems that they created. I have literally wiped out my savings to pay his firm and hire a new lawyer.
