Lois M. Vitti, of the Pittsburgh-based Vitti Law Group, Inc., has over 20 years of experience in regulatory and litigation matters arising out of bankruptcy, commercial, real estate, securities and subrogation at all stages including mediation, conciliation, trials and appeals. Ms. Vitti also advises corporations, drafts corporate documents, litigates disputes and protects intellectual property rights.

Ms. Vitti speaks often speaks at conferences, universities and seminars in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy and litigation. She has served as President of the Judith K. Fitzgerald Western Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Inns of Court, and Chair of the Education Committee of the USFN. Ms. Vitti is also a member of IACP, CLASP, MBA, and the Family and Bankruptcy Committees of the ACBA. Ms. Vitti’s commitment to her community is also evident through her many volunteer activities, and membership on several Boards of Directors.
Ms. Vitti holds a B.A. from American University in Washington D.C. She received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Delaware. After fifteen years of practice in New York, she returned home to join her father’s practice. She currently handles matters in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.
