Don't hold your breath. Judges are practically untouchable in PA, especially over something as hard to prove as bias.

you cannot expunge anything you are convicted of. you might want to run his criminal history with the PA state police to see if he was convicted....

your goal is to have no conviction and be able to expunge your arrest record. an attorney can accomplish this for you. don't try handling it yourself.

get an attorney, if not go to the hearing yourself. you would be way better off with an attorney as pointed out.
