He was very professional in the court room but very easy to get along with outside of the professional setting which made things easier. I would recommend him to anyone . Well, a bit of hyperbole, perhaps. This was not the Scopes trial. Nevertheless, I was very impressed with Matt's thorough preparation and confident presentation in court. I certainly appreciated how well he kept me informed about what was at issue in the trial, how he was going to proceed, and my pla...ce in the process. He had an excellent courtroom manner and knew how to adjust his strategy during give-and-take, especially when listening to testimony. He also gets high marks for assembling evidence for oral and visual presentation to the jury so they could clearly understand the points he wished to make. By all accounts, a very solid and professional performance.

Matt had an immediate command of the scope of the undertaking, helped me/us focus on the key points, was always open to discussing my/our opinions on how to proceed and was able to help me/us distill the counterclaims to a layman's level.
