Biography
Joseph Horowitz established his private practice in 2014 after serving as Assistant District Attorney in Allegheny County for nine years. Due to his extensive prosecuting experience in the county's Drug Court, he has the skills necessary to help clients through the most complex cases.
Since serving as ADA, Joseph has expanded his practice to include personal injury and family law, with a focus on child support, custody, and PFA (Protection From Abuse) orders. In order to best serve each client, Joseph takes on a limited number of personal injury cases. He strives to get the most compensation possible and wants his clients to feel they are getting the time and attention they deserve, especially after suffering a serious injury.
