I hired his guy on a domestic matter. He agreed to carry out certain things and did not do them. He was rude and condescending. I felt I had thrown my money away. Dan Flynn (Michael D. Flynn and Associates - Bethel Park, PA) served as the attorney for my deceased father's estate. The estate was modest and insolvent. He never ‘nickel-and-dimed’ us with add-on charges for those requirements that were unforeseen. His guidance was always clear and candid. His dedicated efforts and expertise were invaluable in guiding the complex and protracted actions necessary to settle the estate and were a tremendous comfort to my sister and me. Dan is trustworthy professional and he will be a strong advocate for you. He will ensure your case is handled accordingly to maximize your interests, but he will also candidly let you know when your expectations exceed what is acceptable. His efforts honored my beloved father.
