Jay Ryan Hagerman

Jay dedicates his legal practice to making life’s challenges more manageable for his clients. Specializing in transactional law, he offers services in estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, real estate transfers, business startups and governance, contracts, and tax law. Whether it's coping with the loss of a loved one, selling a house, or launching a business, Jay works to ease the stress and anxiety these events can bring, ensuring clients achieve peace of mind. A native of Hampton Township in the North Hills of Allegheny County, Jay pursued his passion for American history at Gettysburg College and had the unique opportunity to work in the White House office of Correspondence. At Duquesne University School of Law, he honed his legal acumen in wealth-related legal matters, starting his legal career as a law clerk and continuing as an associate attorney. Ultimately, Jay returned to his beloved hometown to establish his practice, focusing on serving the local community. Now residing in Hampton Township with his family, he continues to support clients throughout Western Pennsylvania.
