Used her for consultation for a case. Rather than investigating into the initial details that were given to her by me, she made judgements and prejudgments of my character and called me unpleasant, rude names. After pointing out flaws to what she had said during that consultation, she would repin the... blame back onto me and say things along the lines of things being my fault the way they were. I asked for help and not to be judged. This experience was largely unprofessional and unpleasant. I spoke to whoever was her boss and things took a while to be resolved but it went in my favor. Glad that things worked out. But moving forward, this experience shouldn't have happened and if anything she needs to reeducate herself and brief over the fundamentals of law since I had to point that out to her in considering what the other party has to say and my side instead of saying that I have no resolve. Again there was a lack of understanding, compassion, and listening on her behalf of being an attorney to me who was the client.
