Hired Kate for as my divorce lawyer. She did not do me justice and admittedly put me on the "back burner" and never took me off to work on my case. I was not impressed with the office staff; I found the receptionist to be very rude and annoyed every time I had to call the office. I ended up hiring... a different lawyer and the difference was amazing. I spent a year paying Kate until I made the switch and wished I would have done it sooner once I realized how Kate was working my case was not the proper way. Please do not hire Kate for a divorce as it did not appear to be her specialty after working with her.

Hired her because she was cheap. She got me into trouble with the custody courts because she didn't do her job correctly of passing along information to the opposing party, and I ended up with less time granted with my children than before going in. She was disorganized and stuttered on the stand. Ha...d zero confidence. I will never use her or her group again. Ruined my life. I also learned that she is a joke among the court house. They call her something- i won't post it here. But trust me, it's good. Use anyone else. Or lose money and time with your children.
